K is for Kindness!

We talked about kindness today during Storytime. This world needs more kindness and the Endicott Storytime kiddos can certainly help with that!!! We sang & traced our letter K's. Then we read the books "All For Me And None For All" by Helen Lester, "Kindness is Cooler, Mrs. Ruler" by Margery Cuyler, and "Please Don't Tease Tootsie" by Margaret Chamberlain. Then the children painted some Thank You postcards to send in appreciation to community members. We finished up by working on our tree that we are decorating for the Tree of Lights in Colfax.

Ladies Night at the Library!!!

Oh my goodness....we had so much fun at Ladies Night at the Library last night! Katey Schlomer volunteered to do pampering makeovers for our local ladies. Lots of laughter, delicious snacks, and girl bonding time. :) Can't wait for next time!!!

Cool Creations After School Program 11-9-16

What can you create with only 35 Legos? Well, our Endicott kiddos created robots, vehicles, animals, planes, spaceships, and more!!! They were told to bring their imaginations and they absolutely did. :) 35 Legos might not seem like a lot...but all these kiddos wanted/needed wasn't more Legos, but more TIME to create! :)
